“Legal Refresher – Understanding the Priorities and Consequences”

Particularly for newer celebrants, or those who have been out of the industry for a while, this workshop will take you through all the necessary legal documentation to validly marry your couples. We will also look at other legal requirements such as transferring NOIMs to another celebrant, writing Visa Application letters for your couples, Interpreters’ Statutory Declaration and Faithful Performance and when Apostille Stamps (what are they are and when are they necessary?).
