This workshop refresh your knowledge by taking you through all the necessary legal documentation to validly marry your couples and when Commonwealth Statutory Declarations may be used. We will also look at other legal requirements such as Interpreters’ Statutory Declaration and Faithful Performance, transferring NOIMs, writing Visa Application letters and Shortening of Time letters for your couples and when Apostille Stamps are required (what are they are and when are they necessary?).
We’ll also do a quick overview of your Terms & Conditions to ensure you have everything covered to protect both you and your couple.
