We’re after Trainers! Our “Sensational Celebrant Workshops via Webinar” were a complete sell out last year! So we are after enthusiastic, passionate celebrants with a sense of fun and a sharing caring approach to join the CTA Training Team! If you have the following, we’d love to hear from you…….
- Preferably a minimum TAE40110 or a background in training/teaching
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a marriage and/or funeral celebrant
- Some experience with Zoom is preferable but certainly not a pre-requisite (just the willingness to learn), sessions are limited to eight colleagues
- A knowledge of Social Media Marketing would be highly regarded, because we don’t know a lot about it 🙁
- Skilled and willing to compose your own 2 hour information and networking sessions (we’ll help) re subjects such as:
- Are you ready to break into the Funeral Industry? An introduction and industry overview
- How to handle situations when everything seems to have gone ‘pear shaped’
- Creating inspirational ceremonies
- How to successfully convert an enquiry into a ceremony booking and have couples lining up for your services
- Quick legal refresher and preparing your Terms & Conditions Agreement
- Review your rehearsal techniques – to do or not to do that is the question?
- How to market your celebrancy business without spending a fortune
- What do you offer your couples to ensure positive feedback and referrals and more……………..

So there is no misunderstanding, it is important to note that CTA is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and, as such, we do not offer annual OPD obligations or any Government approved training programmes.
